Inventory Controller

The Company:

We are pleased to be supporting a successful manufacturing business in the Preston area in their search for an Inventory Controller. This is a newly created position which will play a valuable role in managing inventory levels and stock accuracy across the site.

The Role:

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this is a key hire for the business following a new WMS implementation. 

Key responsibilities will be:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across raw materials and finished goods
• Monitoring stock movements, conducting regular inventory audits, and implementing effective inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock availability.
• Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure that inventory aligns with business needs, customer demands, and company objectives.
