We’re recruiting for an Interim Head of Marketing for a high end consumer products business for a period of 3-6 months. This role requires an experienced Brand and Retail Marketer for an immediate start, who is able to work out their Head office in Lancashire 3-4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
• Craft and execute a brand strategy, pushing boundaries with disruptive campaigns and innovative design inspiration.
• Supercharge lead generation efforts through social media, paid search, PR, and local marketing activation.
• Build tools, templates, and guidance that empower stakeholders and elevate the customer journey.
• Drive customer experience transformation across digital platforms, communication touchpoints, and content development.
• Spearhead marketing initiatives for geographical expansion, including new store openings.
• Shape the future of data-led marketing, campaign frameworks, and performance management rhythms.
• Collaborate on retail innovation launches and support international growth efforts.
Ideal Candidate:
• You’re a visionary marketer with a strategic mindset and a proven track record in retail activation, brand development and customer experience.
• Data-driven and creative, you know how to balance disruptive ideas with tangible results.
• Be hands on, there is a small team supporting this person but you need to equally comfortable looking at strategy as well as Marketing implementation
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities while keeping a sharp eye on detail.
