About the Role
My client is looking for an Infrastructure Lead responsible for the provisioning, deployment and support of their technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in IS/IT within an Infrastructure position
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Proficient in deploying, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructures, including:

- Network: DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, LAN, Wi-Fi
- Server: Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft Azure
- End-User Computing (EUC): Windows 10, Microsoft Productivity Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), M365 (SharePoint Online, Teams), and security concepts (e.g., Mobile Device Management).
Behavioural Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Knowledge of information security principles.
- Awareness of the significance of proper documentation.
