No two days in a school are ever the same. Multiply that by the number of schools and growth plans, and you will understand that this role offers both challenges and great opportunities. The trust is dedicated to ensuring every child experiences excellence every day. The team is committed to fostering a supportive and dynamic environment and we would love to hear from likeminded HR professionals who can demonstrate some if not all of the following;
- Proven track record operating in a multi-site organisation, ideally with experience in public sector conditions of employment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to balance day-to-day conflicting priorities.
- Flexible, resilient, and tenacious.
- Strong prioritisation skills for a demanding workload.
