Our Client

Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with an Education Trust in their search for an HR Manager. 

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced HR professional to join a team of HR Managers. This team is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operational HR activities across all Trust sites. Additionally, you will collaborate with the HR Director to review and enhance internal policies and procedures, ensuring the implementation of best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide HR advice and guidance across the Trust.
- Ensure consistency in the application of all HR policies and procedures.
- Deliver robust attendance management procedures across the Trust.
- Support the TUPE process in the acquisition of new schools.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of staff as required.
- Handle all discipline and grievance matters.
- Develop and implement wellbeing programmes.
- Form strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Produce timely HR metrics to support future planning.

- Proven track record operating in a multi-site organisation, ideally with experience in public sector conditions of employment.

- Ability to balance day-to-day conflicting priorities.
- Flexible, resilient, and tenacious.
- Strong prioritisation skills for a demanding workload.
