Our Client
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Adviser to lead our clients HR and Talent Acquisition strategy.
The Opportunity
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Talent Acquisition
- Craft compelling job adverts and post across careers pages, job boards, and social networks
- Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies to position the firm as a top regional employer
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including interviews and candidate evaluations
- Support the graduate recruitment and early careers programmes
HR Onboarding
- Prepare and send offer letters, request references, and issue contracts
- Coordinate start dates and manage the full induction process
- Oversee probationary period reviews
Ongoing HR Support
- Manage HR communications including promotion letters and internal notifications
- Support the administration of holidays, absences, and benefits
- Participate in cyclical HR processes such as pay reviews, promotions, and trainee assessments
- Administer healthcare benefits and manage exit interviews and leaver processes
- Oversee personal development reviews and ensure CPD compliance
- Support HR and operations on talent-related initiatives

This role can be full time or part time.
