Regional Sales Manager - South London

Garolla Garage Doors, known for innovative designs and high-quality products, is expanding its market presence. We seek a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead, train, and develop our sales network. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in sales training and implementing change.

The Regional Sales Manager will cover the southern region below London, actively involved in sales, recruiting, coaching, and building a strong team of Sales Surveyors. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and developing a high-performing sales team.

The Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance conversion rates and selling prices with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with the National Training Manager to develop training packages.
  • Conduct field sales coaching and take ownership of team performance.
  • Monitor and analyse performance to achieve objectives.
  • Hold team meetings to communicate targets and updates.
  • Play a key role in Sales Surveyor onboarding.
  • Provide ongoing field support for the sales team.
  • Coordinate focused sales packages.
  • Ensure compliance with Garolla standards and guidelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Franchisee Partners and installation teams.
  • Serve as the in-field contact for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with underperforming team members to improve or facilitate their exit.
  • Develop innovative selling approaches and motivate the team.

The Person:

Requirements:

  • Experience running a successful direct field sales team.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial and business-minded coach who can motivate others.
  • Ability to embed culture change.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight in hotels.
