We seek a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead, train, and develop our sales network. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in sales training and implementing change.
The Regional Sales Manager will cover the southern region below London, actively involved in sales, recruiting, coaching, and building a strong team of Sales Surveyors. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and developing a high-performing sales team.
The Role:
Responsibilities:
- Enhance conversion rates and selling prices with KPIs and SLAs.
- Collaborate with the National Training Manager to develop training packages.
- Conduct field sales coaching and take ownership of team performance.
- Monitor and analyse performance to achieve objectives.
- Hold team meetings to communicate targets and updates.
- Play a key role in Sales Surveyor onboarding.
- Provide ongoing field support for the sales team.
- Coordinate focused sales packages.
- Ensure compliance with Garolla standards and guidelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with Franchisee Partners and installation teams.
- Serve as the in-field contact for the sales team.
- Collaborate with underperforming team members to improve or facilitate their exit.
- Develop innovative selling approaches and motivate the team.
The Person:
Requirements:
- Experience running a successful direct field sales team.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial and business-minded coach who can motivate others.
- Ability to embed culture change.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight in hotels.
