The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Controller to lead and develop a high-performing finance team. This is a critical role requiring a proactive individual who can implement and enhance robust financial controls, processes, and reporting systems.
As the Financial Controller, you will:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance function.
Develop and implement effective financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Drive process improvements to support business growth and scalability.
Provide insightful financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

Be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong technical accounting expertise.
Have a proven track record of leading a finance team in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Demonstrate experience in a private equity-backed business or similar.
Be hands-on and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced SME setting.
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
