Finance Manager

An ambitious manufacturing business experiencing a sustained period of growth and expansion, have an opportunity to recruit a Finance Manager on an interim basis for a period of 12-14 months. The role has been created to support the business as they embark on a number of high profile projects, including investment in a new production facility. The role
Interim Finance Manager – 12 to 14 Months Fixed Term Contract
Working closely with the Finance Director and business partnering with key stakeholders across the group you will enjoy a broad remit. including responsibility for the site reporting, business partnering and involvement in projects.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of weekly and monthly management accounts
- Business partnering with production and operations
- P&L reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Product mix and variance analysis
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Management of small finance team
The person
> Professionally qualified but will consider part-qualified or qualified by experience
> Experience in a fast-paced cost-focused environment
> Strong communication skills for business partnering
> People person helping to coach and mentor junior members of finance team
