The role

As Finance Director, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for shaping the financial strategy, ensuring robust financial controls, and supporting commercial decision-making across the business.

• Lead the finance function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Partner with the MD and senior leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide insightful analysis to support operational and investment decisions.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and investors.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
