About the role

Join a fantastic team as a Finance Business Partner and be a key player in driving financial sustainability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead and inspire the finance team, driving projects and initiatives that align with the financial sustainability strategy. You'll be the go-to person for financial advice and guidance across the organization.
  • Financial Reporting & Modelling: Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, and develop financial models to support new and existing business ventures.
  • Procurement & Financial Controls: Manage procurement processes effectively and maintain robust financial controls to ensure optimal value for the organization.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management processes, coaching line managers to excel in financial management.
  • Governance & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of governance, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Innovation & Digital Transformation: Support the implementation of cutting-edge finance systems and digital solutions to streamline operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or actively working towards completion.
  • Experience: Significant experience in finance, including management and financial accounting. Proven track record of leading projects and providing expert financial advice.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and drive change.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, driven, and passionate about service improvement. A strategic thinker with a talent for planning and organizing.
