eCRM Manager

The Business:

Nigel Wright are working exclusively with a consumer services business in the heart of the North East.  The business is growing and are seeking a technical, experienced eCrm Manager to establish this arm of the business.

This is a hybrid role, head office is Newcastle, the client will consider a greater degree of flexibility for candidates further afield.

New CRM system has been in place for 18 months, you will be responsible for creating automated journeys with a specialised approach.

A deep understanding of CRM, analytics, mining the data is needed, it is less about how it looks and more about the strategy and data.

A large part of the role will be developing a loyalty program and previous experience of this is desirable. It will be an evolving program and you will need to be commercially savvy, adaptable and strategic in approach.

This role is suited to someone that enjoys the number crunching and data.

You will be responsible for developing an eCrm strategy, segmenting email lists through lead generation strategies, track key metrics and strive for continuous improvement.

This role will involve the design and implementation of a new loyalty program, you will need to analyse customer data to identify trends, segment customers based on purchasing habits.


 

The Person:

You will need to be highly strategic, organised and have a keen eye for detail.

Data driven, and self-motivated - able to impart wisdom and expertise in the field of eCrm.

You will be supportive in your approach, enjoy teamwork, enjoy working collaboratively and have a passion for growth.

This is a hybrid role based out of Newcastle, greater degree of flexibility for candidates further afield.
