Ecommerce & Digital Manager
The Business:
As the Ecommerce and Digital Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies. You will play a key role in driving our ecommerce growth, enhancing the customer experience, and optimising our digital presence.
The Role:
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
Manage and optimise our ecommerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience and high conversion rates.
Analyse and report on ecommerce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment and execution of ecommerce initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Multi-channel experience including Amazon Marketplace & PPC would be beneficial.
The Person:
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
Eagerness to grow and develop the DTC arm of the business.
Bringing forward a keen attitude, willingness to learn and add value to a business.
Hybrid role.
