The role...
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be involved in all aspects of aftersales, ensuring our customers receive fantastic service and support throughout their interaction with the company. Whether it's over the phone or via email, you'll be the go-to person for processing orders, preparing shipments, and delighting our customers at every turn. Some of the daily duties will involve:
- Managing internal customer service emails and calls efficiently, providing accurate information is provided and updating customers at every stage of the order.
- Booking orders onto the system, selecting product and shipping stock with high levels of accuracy.
- Promoting the organisations brand, requesting, reviewing and and proactively responding to customers feedback and queries.
- Inputting customer orders onto the internal CRMs ensuring attention to detail.
- Acting as first point of contact for all customers, resolving queries, complaints and ensuring a smooth process after each sale
What we are looking for?
This is not a standard customer service or call centre position, it requires and experienced individual who wants to work as part of a small team to ensure exceptional customer service and brand representation for the company. Some of the key skills and attributes we are looking for are:
- Proven experience within a in-depth customer service role, ideally within Tech or similar SME
- Ability to use own initiative to resolve queries and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Able to work in a fast paced and performance driven environment to meet deadlines whilst maintaining standards.
- Someone who thrives in building a rapport with customers and providing first time resolutions
- Confident communicator both verbal and written, willingness to proactively follow up and provide feedback to customers
- Will need to be technically minded and have an interest in new products/technology
- Strong IT skills in MS Office and able to adapt to learn internal CRMs
- Good organisational skills and the ability to follow processes is essential
