Nigel Wright are delighted to be working with a mid-tier and established firm of chartered accountants, looking to hire a Corporate Finance Executive to their growing team.
The Role
As a Corporate Finance Executive, a typical day could include:
- Supporting on M&A transactions from commencement through to completion.
- Liaising with various stakeholders, including clients of the firm, lawyers, funding platforms and other advisers.
- Preparing a variety of reports, including financial projections.
- Assisting the partner of the department and clients with fund-raising assignments.
- Undertaking financial due diligence.
- Supporting on pitches for work and assisting in presentations.
- Developing a network of business contacts throughout the North-East.

The Requirements and Process
To qualify for this role as a Corporate Finance Executive, you should:
- Be a fully qualified accountant ACA/ACCA.
- Be confident working with technology.
- Be able to demonstrate a strong practice background.
- Be a confident and professional communicator.
- Have the ability to build rapport and trust within the professional community.
- Have the desire to succeed and built your own network.
