We are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing accountancy business based in Stockport in the recruitment of a client accountant.
 

Role

The business is on a growth trajectory over the next 12months and looking for a dynamic individual to assist the growth plan, planning to grow from 500 clients to 750 over the next 12months.The role is a huge appeal for someone who want to add value to the business and be part of a fast-growing finance team and begin or continue their career working in practice. You will be responsible for communicating with clients and maintaining their records

 

Requirements

Duties:

• Take a customer through a selling process to company set up
• Register the company for all relevant taxes 
• Prepare quarterly management accounts 
• Preparation of statutory year end accounts
• Company year ends 
• Issuing company accounts for director’s signature and on-time filing at Companies House. 
• submission of Quarterly VAT returns
• Prepare PAYE/NI returns
• Corporation tax computation, payment and CT600 filings

• Previous experience gained within a fast pace finance environment 
• Studying towards a finance qualification - AAT, ACCA, ACA
•  An accounting & finance graduate
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail 
• Enjoying working as part of a team
