Night Wright are working with a Professional Services business in Tyne & Wear who are looking to expand their Marketing Team with an experienced Campaigns Lead.
The business have been on a growth trajectory and are now at +£100million TO and looking for an individual to seize the opportunity to grow their career in parallel with the company’s growth.
This is an opportunity for someone to come into the business with proven expertise in delivering high-impact, multi-channel campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker and meticulous planner who can manage campaigns from conception to execution with precision
The Role:
• Lead the execution of B2B and B2E marketing campaigns, aligning with seasonal priorities to drive measurable outcomes.
• Develop and implement core marketing communications to enhance client engagement, driving measurable improvements in brand awareness and lead conversion rates.
• Deliver monthly campaigns to generate top-of-mind awareness among target audiences, driving measurable engagement through positive brand association and increased engagement.
• Create and amplify supporting engaging digital and physical content such as case studies, videos, and audio materials.
• Increase prospective client acquisition through multi-channel advertising, aiming for growth in branded search traffic.
• Work with agencies and specialist contractors to optimise performance marketing funnels to improve lead-to-client conversion rates and drive down customer acquisition costs.
• Expand the monthly client communications and newsletter distribution.
• Scale high-performing regional campaigns nationally, leveraging best practices from acquisitions to maximise efficiency and drive consistent revenue growth.
The Person:
Seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Campaigns Manager with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Seeking candidates from a Professional Services background.
