Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and develop the rental and safety services business unit in the UK and Ireland for our client, with a focus on driving sales, GGP, and profit growth. You will strategically develop customers and enhance the product portfolio within the Go-to-Market strategy framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth through strategic market routes and effective reporting.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to promote and sell RSS offerings.
- Identify, develop, and acquire customer projects.
- Conduct project calculations and control commercial results.
- Ensure robust marketing and sales of new products.
- Manage offers, tenders, and long-term customer projects.
- Coordinate with departments to maximize sales and profit potential.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
- Attend relevant events and trade fairs.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development and sales.
- Prior experience in the rental of products or safety services or experience in selling and managing customised, managed services in a comparable industrial environment is highly desirable.
- Experience in identifying opportunities, presenting offers, and concluding projects in collaboration with sales organisations.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK drivers licence and able to travel on a regular basis, mainly across the UK & Ireland
