Administration Coordinator

The Opportunity

Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting our client with an exciting Temporary opportunity as an Administration Coordinator. 
You will be joining their dynamic office environment based near to Hexham for 5-6 months working within a long-standing team to support the wider business. 

Key responsibilities will include

  • Booking travel and accommodation for colleagues across the UK and internationally
  • Organising travel documents including Visa's
  • Updating internal systems to ensure records are kept up to date
  • Confidentiality is key in this position whilst dealing with colleagues personal information
This is an office based role working 37 hours per week and is to start as soon as possible.
