Nigel Wright is happy to be recruiting for an established manufacturing company, market leaders in their field to recruit for an Office Administrator to join the team

Permanent 
Full Time - 34hrs per week
Based in Barnsley 
£24,000

The role...

The purpose of the role is to assist the Operations Manager to provide Administration support due to continued growth within the business. Some of the daily duties will be:

  • Based on Reception, meeting any visitors to the site and answering the telephones
  • Processing invoices onto the internal systems
  • Shipping parcels
  • Checking stock levels of office supplies
  • General ad hoc administration duties scanning, maintaining filing and general correspondence

What we are looking for?

This role will suit someone with previous Administration experience who is now looking for their next role in a company that offers growth opportunities. We are looking for someone with the following: 

  • Previous Administration experience - ideally within manufacturing or similar but this is not essential.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communication skills and ability to build a rapport whist providing excellent customer service. 
  • Flexible and proactive approach when assisting with a variety of task
