Tove Bruhn works as Delivery Consultant at Nigel Wright's Oslo office, where she supports our consultants with talent mapping in addition to running her own projects with delivery responsibility from start to finish. Her key area of focus is Search and the candidate experience, ensuring excellence throughout the entire process and supporting her clients' Employer Brand. Tove has conducted many successful projects, in industries such as FMCG, Retail and Engineering across international markets.

Prior to joining Nigel Wright, Tove worked for more than eight years in Fashion Retail, primarily as a Store Manager, where she recruited, trained, and developed her own teams.

She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Economics and was the co-founder and CEO of a podcast production company in 2018-2019. She also holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Organisational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School. Tove is a certified administrator of NEO-PI R, MAP, Matrigma and Aon Ability Tests.
