As part of the senior leadership team within Nigel Wright Recruitment, Sue is a Regional Director and leads our Executive Search within our Public Sector & Not-for-Profit Practice.  She is responsible for the appointment of C Suite Executive Leaders, Board Members and Directors and works alongside Charlotte Owen, Northern Regional Director of our Public Sector Practice, who is highly experienced in delivering Executive Search appointments for CFO and Finance Directors into permanent and interim roles in the public sector.

Sue is personally responsible for the delivery of CEO, COO , CIO and CTOs and Board appointments including Non-Executive Directors. This also includes the appointment of Directors into Transformation, Governance, Property and Customer Services. 

Sue is also our engagement partner responsibility for our key client accounts.
Sue joined Nigel Wright in 2002 and to build our IT recruitment team. Since them she has been involved in successfully growing the IT & HR recruitment business and, before joining the senior leadership team in 2010, Sue led the launch of IT contract and wider interim recruitment offering.

Sue establish our first IT Director Business forum over 20 years ago and this, along with our other business leader forums still provide great networking opportunities for our clients and candidates. As invitation only forums, they give specialist business leaders the opportunity to build strong and collaborative bonds with like-minded executives in the region.
Sue has a deep understanding of different disciplines which has been gained throughout her career. This includes significant experience in finance recruitment, executive HR, senior and C Suite leaders and in the past, Sue developed and managed a large temporary commercial workforce of up to 160 weekly paid temporary staff for a national recruitment agency.
