Nick has in excess of two decades of Executive Search experience and leads the C-Suite and Private Equity practice.

Nick started his career delivering Executive Search solutions in the City, followed by eighteen years in Hong Kong. In Hong Kong, Nick co-founded and built an Asian financial services firm and individually was ranked as one of Asia’s leading financial services Executive Search consultants.

Since relocating back to the UK, Nick has immersed himself in the Northern investment community and is networked with Corporate Finance and Private Equity firms, as well as their portfolio companies.
