Isobel is responsible for coordinating high volume recruitment projects for key clients. Her project management role involves compiling regular reports for senior contacts and clients. Reports frequently comprise bespoke data, as requested by the client, demonstrating the status of each vacancy. Isobel acts as the intermediary between each Nigel Wright Consultant and line Manager/ senior HR contact relating to the role being recruited, to communicate and resolve queries during the recruitment process.
Isobel graduated from Durham University in 2007 with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Natural Sciences. Immediately after graduating, Isobel worked for Northumbria Police as a Police Officer for 7 years.
She moved into the recruitment industry in 2014, when she initially joined the Supply Chain and Procurement team as a Consultant, before moving across into the Key Account Co-ordinator role.
