About the Position

Kraft Heinz has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager, FI, NO, ICE to join their Nordic HQ in central Stockholm. Within the Nordics, Kraft Heinz operates both with direct sales and through distributor partners. This role would be responsible for the retail distributor partners in Finland, Norway, and Iceland reporting into the Head of Retail in the Nordic leadership team. The role is a combination of business development and key account management. The distributor partners are responsible for executing annual plans and strategies in the markets, you will be responsible for building the strategies, setting targets & investments as well as keep tracking of business, securing that the company reaches its objectives for the distributor retail markets Finland, Norway, Iceland. To achieve these objectives, you will partner-up, steer and lead the distributors cross functional internally with marketing, supply, and finance. You will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.

Key responsibilities:

  • P&L responsibility for c. $15m business (Retail Norway, Finland, Iceland)
  • Retail distributor strategy
  • Distributor partnership
  • Annual retail distributor internal budget & delivery driving double digit growth YoY
  • Joint business planning & delivery with the distributor partners
  • Pricing & investments
  • Business development – continuously improving and building Kraft Heinz’s Nordic business
  • Performance reviews, internal and external (Distributor partner)
  • Forecasting
  • Build the Nordic Kraft Heinz culture and team spirit



Hard Skills


  • A Bachelor’s degree holder (preferably in Business or Marketing). A Master’s degree will be considered as a plus
  • +4 years’ experience in a similar/relevant position in Sales Key Account/Business Development, experience from Retail is a plus
  • Experience with Distributors, Nordic countries and Retail channel is a massive advantage
  • Genuine passion and interest for sales management and business development with strong project leading management skills
  • Language skills: fluent in English, both written and oral, Nordic language is a plus
  • Other skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential
