Kraft Heinz has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager, FI, NO, ICE to join their Nordic HQ in central Stockholm. Within the Nordics, Kraft Heinz operates both with direct sales and through distributor partners. This role would be responsible for the retail distributor partners in Finland, Norway, and Iceland reporting into the Head of Retail in the Nordic leadership team. The role is a combination of business development and key account management. The distributor partners are responsible for executing annual plans and strategies in the markets, you will be responsible for building the strategies, setting targets & investments as well as keep tracking of business, securing that the company reaches its objectives for the distributor retail markets Finland, Norway, Iceland. To achieve these objectives, you will partner-up, steer and lead the distributors cross functional internally with marketing, supply, and finance. You will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
