TK Elevator Sweden is focusing on the elevator- and escalator market in Sweden. The business is divided into new installation, modernisation, service and reparations. TK Elevator Sweden has 160 employees divided in to five regions: Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Helsingborg and Karlstad. Now, TK Elevator Sweden is looking for a Health & Safety and Quality & Environment Manager to join the team at the Stockholm office. As Health & Safety and Quality & Environment Manager, you will be working both strategically and operationally with health and safety issues on a local level. Your responsibilities

• Support and pursue health, safety and quality topics
• Implement and follow up rules and routines
• Ensure that strategies, policies and standards are defined, complied and improved
• Coach and train employees and managers within health and safety
• Update and provide support for managers and employees to implement laws and regulations, initiate and follow up activities
• Be responsible for follow-up and statistics within health and safety
• Responsibility for monitoring, maintaining and developing the quality and environmental management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (Sweden)
• Be the company’s internal auditor and handle the external audits plus being responsible for follow-up product instruction corrections
• Ensure policies and contact to external parties concerning the assigned areas

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to this position
• 5+ years of experience from a similar role within Health & Safety and Quality
• Good knowledge and experience in MS Office
• Good knowledge in spoken and written English and Swedish is required
• Experience from the elevator industry or similar industries is considered an advantage
• Good collaboration skills and strong ability and drive to create results both independently and together in teams
• Good communicator who is responsive and good at building trust as well as appreciates daily contact with managers and colleagues on all levels
