With 19 world class manufacturing sites and over 8000 colleagues globally, Nomad Foods is well positioned to fulfil the company purpose of Serving the World with Better Food. To assist in their journey, they are now looking to add a Foodservice and QSR Development Chef to their newly minted Nordic Head Quarter in Malmö.
Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and Foodservice (FS) is a central pillar of Nomad’s plan to achieve their goal of growing Green Cuisine and plant-based menu options is a new area for many of their customers and Nomad Foods have the technology to become an essential partner across Europe.
The Foodservice and QSR Development Chef will be instrumental in building the product strategy, combining customer and competitor insight with in-house competencies to deliver brand new products to the market.
This global role will provide culinary leadership within the Green Cuisine Foodservice and QSR market across Europe, be first point of contact for customers from a culinary perspective and be the custodian of food values across Nomad Foods brands and represent these passionately in the internal and external environments.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Development Chef specifically with a background in the Foodservice / QSR sector and be passionate about plant-based alternatives, vegan / vegetarian / flexitarian diets.
