With 19 world class manufacturing sites and over 8000 colleagues globally, Nomad Foods is well positioned to fulfil the company purpose of Serving the World with Better Food. To assist in their journey, they are now looking to add an RDQ Manager to their newly minted Nordic Head Quarter in Malmö.
This brand-new global role has been created to provide technical leadership, implement governance protocols, and manage projects within the Green Cuisine, Foodservice, and QSR team.
It will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers from an R&D and quality perspective and will be instrumental in building the customer and product strategy.
Primarily, the successful candidate will oversee the Green Cuisine foodservice projects, ensuring they deliver against the strategy, business hurdle rates, and liaison between Project Managers, Factory Teams, Regional Product Development Managers, Commercial and the Central Green Cuisine Design Team.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in either Quality / Product Development / R&D Project Management role. Understand the New Product Development (NPD) process and be passionate about Plant-Based / Vegan / Vegetarian diets.
