TK Elevator is now looking for a Head of HR Sweden placed in Stockholm. To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a strategic hands-on mindset and be someone who is willing to challenge the status quo. Your high level of attention to detail and drive to move the business forward will be playing a key role in developing the HR strategy and translating it into tangible measures and responsibilities. With your dedication to excellence, you will lead the HR function in the provision of the highest standard and quality of HR advice, service, processes, and procedures. As part of a regional Nordics HR community, you will also contribute to and own multi HR country activities.
 

Your responsibilities

  • You will proactively drive a business focused HR strategy and support managers in people-related matters.
  • You will support the leadership team with leading business projects on request, including transformation initiatives, supporting the organization with communication and change management.
  • You will identify and drive KPIs for the HR support teams to ensure organizational effectiveness and will track key HR metrics.
  • You will be responsible for long-term workforce and competence strategy, planning and execution including succession planning.
  • You will proactively promote a workplace culture of cross-cultural communication, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • You will be responsible for attracting and recruiting new talents for the organization as well as retaining, advancing, and leveraging the potential of the existing diverse human talent.
  • You will be responsible for TK Elevator’s compensation plans as well as overseeing payroll and performance evaluation systems.
  • You will contribute to developing HR offerings including world-class digital tools in line with TKE’s Strategy and secure compliance with policies, regulations, and legislation.
  • You will ensure appropriate governance and management of reputational risks and other issues and make sure that they are dealt with in alignment with compliance policies, sound ethical judgment, conduct and business practices.

Your profile

  • Academic record (Bsc or Msc in Degree in business, social or behavioral sciences, or human resources) with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in human resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, diplomacy, analytical and influencing skills.
  • Process improvement mindset to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the services offered.
  • Understanding the value of networking and interacting with different stakeholders to drive change.
  • Experienced in dealing with unions and managing and aligning with employee associations.
  • Hands-on personality & ability to translate challenges into solutions.
  • Ambition to achieve results and ability to work independently.
  • Team player and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications, incl. Office 365.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills in written and in spoken and experience to deal with complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Very good English language skills and in one Nordic language.
  • HR generalist knowledge as well as operational expertise.
  • Analytical skills, data driven.
  • Business acumen and cultural awareness/acumen.
