The role:

The E-commerce Key Account Manager leads sales and business development for a share of the e-commerce partners across the four Nordic markets for the complete professional portfolio (brands such as Wella, Sebastian, ghd and OPI). 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) with E-commerce customers in line with brand strategies
  • Drive sales growth through marketing investments, promotional activities and customer collaborations
  • Execute customer initiatives, from planning to evaluation, with excellence
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure a high degree of service to our customers
  • Drive improvements in strategy and execution in the E-commerce sales channel

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales with strong customer & sales understanding
  • Experience from working in or with E-commerce
  • Structured and analytical with good planning capability
  • High analytical ability with strong Excel skills, able to spot & interpret trends in complex data
  • Creative with a mindset to challenge status quo
  • In touch with trends and enjoy fashion and beauty
  • Strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a diverse team environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – enjoy accountability for results with freedom on how to deliver them
  • Fluent in English & Swedish – both speaking and writing. Additional Nordic languages meritorious
  • Relevant education, preferably Master's degree in business administration and/or engineering
  • A high drive and motivation to achieve results and hit sales targets
  • Ability to work in the matrix organization and influence networks internally to deliver results
  • Ability to diagnose customer needs and present solutions that help them grow their business
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally to develop winning strategies and plans, based on deep market & customer insights that will grow volume, Net revenue and profit
  • Ability to define strategy and identify and execute key activities consistent with the strategy
  • Ability to see the big picture as well are precise in details
  • The role is based at the Nordic headquarter in Solna, Stockholm and will be reporting to the Head of E-commerce.
