They are now looking for an experienced HR professional to join their Stockholm office as an HR Business Partner.
 

About the role:


The HR Business Partner role will be responsible for supporting the Creative Studio and Commercial teams across Scandinavia and report to the Global Chief People Officer based in Byredo’s head office in Paris.

As the HR Business Partner, you will act as the trustable people expert and be a key point of contact for all HR-related matters on a daily basis. The role will manage handling payroll and labor law compliance, with a strong people-centric mindset and fine understanding of branding and employer positioning.

Other responsibilities include:
 

  • Talent attraction & engagement
  • In collaboration with the HQ HR Team, partner with accurate schools to build a powerful campus management policy
  • Recruit & build solid succession plans, for both retail & the Studio
  • Together with Studio Manager, ensure the onboarding of all new hires is run smoothly
  • Monitor accurate KPIs on recruitments & follow-up closely with HQ teams
  • Collect & aggregate training needs and organize the sessions
  • In close cooperation with the HQ HR Team, roll-out the annual Performance & Salary reviews
  • Supervise the outsourced payroll provider, making sure payslips are accurate every month
  • Draft employment contracts when hiring a new joiner
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Legal compliance
  • Provide day-to-day legal advice and support to our Area Manager & Sales Coordinator reg. retail population
  • Liaise with lawyers on negotiations with Union Representatives in relation to employee legal matters, grievances at work and health and safety policies
  • Ensure HR policies are compliant with Collective Bargain Agreement

Profile:


To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong HR background with solid understanding of retail and Swedish employment law. As a person you are a passionate self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting. In addition, you are ready to challenge the status quo and eager to bring your ideas to the table.

Additional qualifications:
 

  • 1-3 years experience within HR, preferably within retail
  • University degree from a relevant field of studies
  • Fluent communication in both verbal and written English and Swedish
  • Enthusiastic learner, with a flexible and adaptable outlook on work and the ability to work in full autonomy
  • Ability to navigate in retail, corporate & creative environments
  • Solid sense of rigor, enjoying performing meticulous routine tasks
