As a Consultant at Nigel Wright Sweden, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing both new and existing client relationships. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from taking the job brief, identifying, and interviewing suitable candidates, to presenting your shortlist and negotiating offers. You will take on a leading role as an industry specialist and be part of building our FMCG practice, contributing to strategic initiatives in our business. This could be through team leadership or as an industry specialist and senior advisor to clients. Either you have previous experience from the FMCG industry or alternatively, you are already a successful search consultant with a significant recruitment experience with FMCG clients.
