The Role:

Joseph Joseph are currently recruiting for a Nordic Key Account Manager to join their Stockholm team. This is a great opportunity to join one of the most exciting companies in the global housewares market today. The role offers excellent future growth opportunities to establish your own team within the region. You will be responsible for all sales, trade marketing and daily operations in Sweden, Denmark & Finland.

Working directly with the Sales Director of International Markets and internal category team you will be responsible for establishing strategic priorities for the market, executing and achieving them. 

What you will be doing:

  • Growing the Nordic business via onboarding of previous trading accounts
  • Driving all Key Account sales directly while managing a distribution partner servicing independent and B2B accounts across the region
  • Drive a creative and entrepreneurial agenda, prioritising new opportunities, whilst maintaining established relationships
  • Manage and develop the main day to day functions of the Sweden, Danish & Finnish business
  • Develop a senior level network with all key partners, increase engagement and commitment to the brand
  • Feeding market and product information back to the design teams to shape future product development

Your Profile:

Key competencies:

  • Excellent English, Swedish and preferably Danish language skills
  • A clear history of successful business development
  • Experience of dealing with major National and Regional accounts
  • Experience of channel management (Grocery, Mass, Specialists and Pure Play)
  • Understanding of trade marketing including sales planning and promotions
  • Knowledge of accounts who deal in the housewares market
  • An established understanding of the Swedish & Danish retail market and key retail players
