We would love you to be part of it. From our two offices in Copenhagen and Stockholm, we manage the Nordic business and today we sell our products in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, and Estonia. Together we form the Nordic team of more than 30 people. 

To strengthen our commercial team on this exiting journey ahead we are looking for a Commercial Manager with a dual role as being the Key Account Manager for some of our Swedish customers and Field Manager. So, if you have a passion for developing and managing our business in Sweden, please read on. Also you can have both our Stockholm office or our Copenhagen (Hellerup) office as a base, depending on where you live.
 

What you'll be doing:


As a Commercial Manager, there are lots of things you will be looking after. You’ll be playing a major role in driving our business forward as you’ll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing and new customers in Sweden, negotiating and implementing annual sales plans as well as turning market data into actionable insights to develop the category further. Therefore, we would like you to have solid experience and knowledge of working with grocery and convenience retailers and field sales in FMCG, - and that you have created some great results already. You already know how to play all 4 P’s to achieve profitable and sustainable growth. If you also have experience in the chilled food category it will tip the scale in your favour.
 

You'll have:

 

  • A university degree
  • 5-10 years of negotiation and sales experience within grocery and the convenience trade in Sweden: driving growth and profitability
  • Solid experience in successfully managing field through an external agency: motivation, setting direction, KPIs, follow up
  • The will to win and a creative mind, that likes to find the “yes” within a “no” and keeps going even when difficult
  • An analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic hands-on attitude
  • Excel and PowerPoint are not a big deal for you? We are keen to see your presentation skills
  • Ability to think outside the box and spot opportunities for growth
  • You are fluent in Swedish and good in English, both spoken and written and if you speak other Nordic languages it would

Not to forget – you are a nice person, also enjoy working in the team and you bring in buckets of initiative and good organizational skills (you know, like setting up a table tennis tournament once in a while*). Also you can have both our Stockholm office or our Copenhagen (Hellerup) office as a base, depending on where you live.
