The Head of Grocery and Value Channel – Finland & Sweden reports to the GM Nordics and will be responsible for securing a steady growth in the Grocery and Value channel in Sweden and Finland, maintaining the category lead on the Personal Care brands and sore throat category.
This is a key commercial leadership role within the Nordics, leading a team of Key Account Managers as well as taking own KAM responsibility for some of the top customers (including ICA). This role also set clear direction and targets for the external field sales force in Grocery.
To be successful in this role you are an entrepreneurial and strategic Key Account Manager with demonstrable commercial acumen and good understanding of customer management process. You have an understanding of marketing strategy, planning issues, priority settings and project management. You are energetic, self-driven and proactive, combined with a meticulous and resilient approach.
