As part of Reckitt Benckiser’s plans to grow within the eCom channel they are now developing their Nordic organisation in that space and recruiting an eCommerce Marketing Manager to their office in Stockholm. The position can also be placed in RB´s office in the greater Copenhagen area. 

The Role:

The eCommerce Marketing Manager plays an important role in the Nordic eCommerce team for RB’s Hygiene category (which includes brands like Finish, Vanish, Harpic, Cillit Bang). The role has responsibility for driving RB’s eCommerce business through managing online marketing campaigns and onsite search optimization. The role will maintain a close collaboration with stakeholders in Brand, Trade Marketing and Media.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing and operative handling of performance marketing campaigns using multiple channels, mainly display marketing and paid search in platforms
  • Analysis and Reporting of campaigns to drive conversion rate
  • Conceptual development of strategies for different eCommerce partner platforms and individual brands
  • Continuous A/B Testings towards campaign performance
  • Working with RB’s global and local marketing teams as well as external agencies regarding online marketing campaigns
  • Continuously deriving best practices and exchanging learnings with RB’s global eCommerce unit and other markets

Your Profile:

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, have excellent quantitative capabilities and KPI focus as well as experience with content management systems, understanding of html is a plus. You will also have strong communication skills and can apply these to build trustful work relationship, manage projects and work with business partners across the Nordics. You have an inquisitive mindset, are a digital native and diligent in your work.

Additional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, IS or business administration
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in eCommerce, content management or performance marketing environment, preferably with customer contact
  • Business driven mindset/understanding and the ability to prioritize work-tasks
  • Good Excel-, Power Point- and digital marketing tools skill set (Facebook, Google)
  • Fluent in the English and Swedish languages
