As part of Reckitt Benckiser’s plans to grow within the eCom channel they are now developing their Nordic organisation in that space and recruiting a Key Account Manager eCommerce.

The Role:

The Key Account Manager eCommerce will be an integral part of the Sales team leading the business growth plans for the Hygiene department and its Nordic customers. The role includes strategic and operative customer management for some of the world’s most beloved brands.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for eCommerce customer portfolio and build strong relationships: Customer interaction, collaborations, joint business plans and negotiations
  • Explore white space platforms and identify business potential to increase product availability
  • Achieving sales and profitability targets of current and future customers
  • Planning and activating sales promotions for RB products with a focus on ROI and growth
  • Manage the RB B2B shop including conception, optimizing, customer acquisition and agency handling
  • Monitoring market share development of RB products for targeted categories
  • Engage with and get learnings and best practices from the Central European eCommerce team, as well as feed in best practices from your region
  • Budget management and forecasting

Your Profile:

To be successful in this role you will have experience with account management, priority settings, project management and commercial understanding of corporate and operational business. You will be energetic with a strong drive, a self-starter and self-driven in pursuing and finishing objectives. In all aspects, you are a confident, result oriented and meticulous person.

Additional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience and knowledge of sales and eCommerce business
  • Fluent in both English and Swedish languages
  • Proven track record of P&L management, budget delivery and growth momentum
  • Understanding of business finance
  • Capability of building strong business relationships
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • A can-do attitude and open to change and unfamiliar tasks
