The Head of Category Management will bring innovative ideas and a track record of creating results through teamwork. You will be working from the head office in Stockholm and report directly to the CPO.
The role requires you to provide strategic direction, leadership, and management of the category team, ensuring that all activities contribute to the company’s growth and profitability targets with a spend exceeding SEK 600 million.
Using internal, consumer, shopper and retail data, the Head of Category will lead the development of insights to create compelling selling opportunities and recommendations to drive sales and profitability and deliver sustainable growth of market share.
