The Role:

As a Senior Revenue Growth Manager, you will be a part of the Swedish Strategy and Insights team. The team has a broad responsibility and consists of 6 functions; RGM, BI, Route to Market, Change Lead, Strat planning and performance management. Together the team support the general management and the commercial business with analysis and recommendations. The team ensures alignment between the strategic vision, annual plans, and commercial priorities to deliver expected business results.

Your Role in Coca-Cola European Partners:

RGM is an area with increasing importance and Coca-Cola European Partners will focus and strengthen this function going forward. The team’s mission is to increase and optimize the total revenue strategically and operationally long-term. Growing revenue sustainably of core brands is critical to Coca-Cola’s future success and this role will be accountable for growing revenue ahead of volumes through constructing Pack, Price and Promotion strategies and plans for the future. Daily work will consist in identifying growth opportunities, then construct plans to unlock these. Create customer approaches that facilitates the delivery of these plans. Then ensure that these change programs are delivered through the sales team.

You will lead by example and drive the revenue growth strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

  • Accountable for creating and delivering clear commercial plans that optimize revenues across core packs through pricing and promotional recommendations
  • Advise and contribute to company strategy through a RGM perspective
  • Lead channel initiatives to optimize trade investment as well as implementing new pricing architectures where required
  • Proactively drive revenues through managing a mix of customers, brands & packs
  • Influence at a senior level across the Coca Cola system to gain support for the implementation of price and promo plans
  • Develop and utilize key revenue management tools and processes to create deliverable solutions
  • Deliver the annual business plan and commercial recommendations, including price increases and promotional mechanic changes and gain support from the Sales departments

Your Profile:

As a Senior Manager you will be expected to drive the revenue growth agenda for Sweden. To do this you will need to have a strong drive and be proactive. You have the ability to lead small and large projects and find innovative solutions to multiple revenue growth challenges across a number of environments. You have experience in being accountable for an area where you had previous customer experience with exposure to a commercial agenda, emphasis on planning and implementing commercial strategy.

Additional qualifications:

  • Higher vocational education required
  • Fluent English required
  • Strong communications skills, confidence and ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven and strategic thinking
  • A strategic doer that is used to work in a setting where you need to create and deliver

This role will be based in Jordbro, Coca-Cola European Partners’ Swedish head quarter and production site of 400 000 000 litres beverages annually.
