The Role

Johnson & Jonhson Vision are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead a portfolio of Key Accounts in the Nordics. You will actively drive the growth and share of the Johnson & Johnson Vision Care business. You will ensure meticulous execution of agreed activities with key customers, in line with the business plans and the Credo. You will report into the Head of Key Accounts, Vision, Nordics.

  • Overall day to day management of the defined Key Accounts
  • Build and maintain effective business relationships with large retailer accounts
  • Development and execution of annual joint business plan
  • Negotiating pricing and annual contracts
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve agreed business aims
  • Plan and implement marketing & training activities
  • Plan and execute New Product Launches to agreed time frames and critical metrics
  • Provide clear information and direction to the field sales team
  • Work with internal stake holders to perform duties, aid business and continue to develop the organization

What you will need to succeed

For this role, Johnson & Johnson Vision is looking for a Key Account Manager who can develop an excellent understanding of our retailers' strategies and needs.  You can analysis data and market research, developing insights to provide customer focused solutions which deliver mutually effective sales growth. You have a strong motivation to continue to drive sales and deliver successful and innovative solutions with your customers.

With a strong eye for business and commercial ability, as well as a high level of organization and influencing skills, you will preferably have the ability to become successful in handling a large network of internal and external partners.



  • Higher Vocational Education or other external Sales/Business related training accomplished (required)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working as KAM within the retail industry as well as experience of leading large accounts and retailers (required).
  • Able to demonstrate success and experience in handling customers and achieving authentic sales and account development (required).
  • Has a good grasp of marketing and category management. Able to maintain and develop long term business relationships.
  • Ability to drive strategy and change while implementing, analyzing and reporting on numerous concurrent projects (required).
  • Consistent track record of the ability to build strong business relationships and alignments with external and internal partners (requiest).
  • Experience in vision correction or health sector with ability to understand and communicate clinical data is a merit.
  • Proficient, written and spoken, in Swedish or Danish & English (required). Other Nordic languages a merit.
  • Good knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite (required).
  • Flexible to travel (required).
  • Valid European driving license (required).
