The Key Account Manager is responsible to drive sales (both sell-in and sell-out) at outlet level in the Nordic market for Strategic Key Accounts including the Telecom Sales Channel in Nordics and Baltics. He/she is responsible for building strong customer relationship, as well as for business development, distribution and prospecting in the market, especially towards Hypermarket channel in Sweden.
The main focus is driving excellence at the point of sale and to execute the objectives coming from the Sales Manager at store level for all segments in the region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Key Account Management
  • Personal Account Plan Management
  • Sales Development, both via sell in and sell out
  • Other Responsibilities such as maximizing, monitoring and managing promotion execution, evaluate market developments and reduce sales cost for cost optimization


You are results-driven and ensure quality in all aspects of your work. Able to take calculated risks with incomplete data and uncertain conditions. You’re able to consider short- and long-term impact of your actions and choices and understand how to work in a highly developed international Matrix organisation. On top of this you have:

  • A passion for HARMAN, its products & the role
  • 5 years of sales or business development experience within the consumer industry or high-tech industry and/or at a relevant customer
  • In depth knowledge of the customers in the Nordic region
  • An ability to build relationships quickly, personable & a good networker
  • Understanding of modern replenishment tools, proven proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to travel
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral
