Nigel Wright is the leading consumer sector recruitment and search specialist in Europe, operating across a network of own European offices. We support the talent needs of many of the world’s leading consumer businesses at specialist, management and executive level.
 
We are now seeking to further strengthen our team, with you, our new Talent Acquisition and Research Consultant. You will be based in our office in Stockholm, working mainly with our clients in Sweden, but working closely with our Nordic offices.

Key tasks & responsibilities

• Market, company and candidate research and intelligence
• Identify and headhunt candidates 
• Interview and assessment of candidates 
• Communication with clients
• Prepare and write job, candidate and client material
• Initiate and participate in networking events
• Administrate and handle CVs, documents and database information

Further requirements:

• Masters or Bachelor degree in business administration or similar
• Fluent Swedish and English language skills 
• Preferably some experience within recruitment/search - could be from a student job
• High energy, ambitious and drive with excellent communication skills and a professional approach
• Structured and quality focused
• Good collaborative skills but also able to take responsibility for own tasks and work autonomously
• Commercial awareness and able to learn quickly with flexibility and an openness to change
