Position summary

The Key Account Manager Nordics shall continue to successfully drive and develop the LIVEKINDLY Collective business in the Nordic region, focusing on key customers, reaching growth and profitability targets, and building the organization’s capability to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of customers. This role requires someone who is comfortable with being both strategic and hands-on in execution to get things done and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have a hunger for growth, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a strong ability to manage details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Successfully lead and develop the Nordic retail business, with key customers and distributors, to secure continued sustainable growth ahead of the category development with our best-in-class plant-based brands and products.
  • Develop and nourish strategic business relationships with key customers and distributors, to achieve excellent, sustainable and profitable business results and to become the go-to partner to sustainably grow the category and impactful activation plans.
  • Responsible for turning insight into action, developing and executing the local go-to-market strategy in line with the company’s objective and securing winning sales fundamentals. Responsible for leading and executing trade windows, commercial initiatives and external field sales force.
  • Effectively collaborate external and internal across the value chain and with multifunctional team, including for example commercial team in OneEurope and local factory in Sweden.   
  • Proactively contribute to the product innovation process, local marketing plans, and route-to-market strategy to ensure we deliver the right proposition to customers.
  • Participate and contribute to global sales community internal projects when appropriate.
  • Budget responsibility for net sales, commercial investment and gross margin.
  • Manage key back-office responsibilities, including regular reporting, data analysis, smooth internal coordination, and ensuring administrative processes are handled efficiently.
  • Lead by example with the values and behaviors of LIVEKINDLY Collective.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a master’s degree.
  • A proven track record of delivering impactful results in a sustainable and ethical way.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, using data to generate insights and drive decisions.
  • Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven experience in achieving results in the Nordic markets – ideally within the food category. Thrives in sales-focused roles with ambitious targets, has strong communication and presentation skills, and possesses an extroverted personality capable of creating and maintaining relationships.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with a track record in negotiation and delivering growth.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – both in Swedish and English.
  • Comfortable with back-office work, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring all operational aspects run smoothly.
  • Resilient and adaptable to be able to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
