About the Role
Royal Greenland is looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager located in Svenstrup to spearhead the marketing of RG products in alignment with their global brand proposition. This pivotal role involves creating compelling product messaging and value propositions aimed at both customers and consumers. The successful candidate will lead product claims, develop packaging strategies, and ensure effective product data management through the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
Additionally, this role will manage the execution of marketing initiatives in the EU/UK, overseeing the brand and product portfolio to ensure all stakeholders (Sales, Customers, Consumers) have a clear understanding of the differentiated Value Proposition at a product level. This position reports to the Product Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Enhance product marketing content by crafting compelling product messaging and value propositions tailored to diverse customer segments and consumer demographics across geographies.
- Lead product claims and packaging initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Category, Production, Packaging, Sustainability, and Quality/Regulatory Affairs.
- Manage product data and information through the PIM system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for internal stakeholders and external partners. Ensure up-to-date information is available on the web, in packaging, and in communications.
- Oversee the execution of marketing activities at trade shows and industry events globally, coordinating logistics, messaging, and promotional materials.
- Drive EU marketing strategy and implementation, shaping product marketing campaigns targeting prospective customers across the Nordics, Vertriebs, and UK, translating global propositions to support sales goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Channel Partners to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives and support sales objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain Royal Greenland’s competitive edge.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage product marketing across a food/industrial portfolio to develop a highly valued and differentiated value proposition for products in the market, always with an ROI mindset.
- Expertise in working with cross-functional teams to achieve quality outcomes for on-time, in-full delivery.
- Proficiency in managing a global marketing perspective while focusing on regional delivery, with deep knowledge of EU/UK markets.
- Experience in regional/country adaptations, ensuring product Value Proposition has impact and is salient across varied cultures and contexts.
- Ideally, experience in two of the three business segments (B2B, B2B2C, B2C).
