About the Role
Royal Greenland is seeking a dynamic and skilled Market Development & Insights Analyst to join their team
in either Svenstrup or Malmö. In this pivotal role, you will be part of the Market Development & Insights team, driving Royal
Greenland’s strategic actions by delivering integrated insights, data, and information. Your recommendations
will play a critical role in enhancing performance and fuelling growth through robust Value Propositions
globally.
As a trusted advisor to the marketing and sales teams, you will inform and drive the adoption of innovative
business models, implement effective planning and measurement systems, and provide detailed analysis
and insights into both current business performance and future opportunities in the market and innovation
spaces. Your role will be instrumental in operationalising business strategies, guiding the functional teams
in market development, new product development (NPD), marketing, and sales to deliver compelling value
propositions to the market, consumers, and customers. This person reports to the Data & Analytics Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse data and information using industry sources and desktop research.
- Monitor market trends and macroeconomic factors to inform strategic decisions.
- Design, develop, and execute custom qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Provide meaningful insights for decision-making in market categories, marketing strategies, channels, and NPD.
- Manage relationships with data and information suppliers, ensuring alignment with Royal Greenland’s objectives and business needs, ensuring timely and complete delivery.
Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in a customer or consumer marketing insights role with strong qualitative and quantitative market research skills.
- Preferably with multi-country or regional experience.
