The Role
As Head of Sales Nordics, you will take full ownership of strategy, sales, and profitability across the Scandinavian market. Reporting directly to management, you’ll lead operational activities, collaborate with key customers, and work with external sales teams to drive results. Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading sales operations: Optimize sales performance with external sales agencies and field teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identifying opportunities: Set clear goals, establish KPIs, and maximize the potential of each customer and market.
- Launching new products: Work closely with customers to ensure successful launches and activate targeted campaigns to close distribution gaps.
- Analysing and negotiating: Evaluate pricing and promotional strategies against key KPIs and ROI metrics.
- Building partnerships: Serve as a trusted business partner, enhancing mutual value in all collaborations.
- Driving development: Contribute customer insights to product, brand, and portfolio strategies to reach their full potential.
- Team leadership and development: Support the growth and development of one/two direct reports, fostering their professional progression and ensuring efficient workflows within the team. Promote strong collaboration across the company and with external stakeholders to drive operational success.

- Strong communication skills: You’re a skilled negotiator who manages multiple stakeholders effectively, both internally and externally.
- Ownership and integrity: You take responsibility for your area, are a competitive team player, and demonstrate high professional integrity.
While we place great emphasis on personal fit, we’d like to see:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in FMCG, preferably in Key Account Management and/or procurement.
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in field sales or grocery retail is a plus.
