Chief Marketing Officer

We are now looking for a strategic and driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to take ownership of our global marketing strategy and elevate our brand to the next level.

The Role
As our CMO, and part of the management team, you will spearhead the development and execution of Pändy’s global marketing strategy, ensuring the continued growth of our brand and market position. Leading the marketing and product development teams, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand awareness and sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing Pändy’s global marketing strategy to drive growth and strengthen our position in several markets.
- Analyzing and optimizing marketing efforts using data-driven insights, with a focus on ROI and scalability.
- Leading and inspiring the marketing team to deliver creative, high-quality campaigns aligned with Pändy’s goals and values.
- Collaborating with the product development team, providing commercial insights to guide innovation.
- Managing budgets and resources for the marketing department.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and technologies, ensuring Pändy remains competitive in a fast-changing FMCG landscape.
- Ensuring a cohesive and compelling external presentation of Pändy across all channels, including branding, messaging, public relations, and digital presence.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a strategic, innovative, and entrepreneurial leader who thrives in building brands and driving marketing success. You have:
- 7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in FMCG.
- A proven track record of creating and executing successful international marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience or ambition to build and develop a high-performing team.
- A data-driven approach, with the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
- Experience working across multiple markets, with an understanding of global consumer behaviours.
- A balance of creativity and strategic thinking, aligning long-term brand goals with short-term business results.
- Experience working with markets such as Germany, the UK, or the USA.
- A background in fast-paced FMCG environments with a focus on health and wellness products.
