The Role:

When you work with us, no two days are alike. We recruit for all types of clients, from international food brands to beauty and lifestyle companies around Sweden. You will:

  • Use various tools to find candidates for these companies, based on the information we gather in initial meetings.
  • Assist in writing job descriptions, advertisements, and other marketing materials to present the companies we work with in the best possible light and generate interest in the role.
  • Help consultants in interviews, and create reports and presentations to present candidates to the client.
  • Work in our systems to ensure the information we have is up-to-date and accurate. Good administration is important to us!
As a Research Assistant, you will have an important role in the team and work closely with the consultants throughout the process. We are a small and dynamic team that supports each other to achieve success. We collaborate closely with our 140 colleagues across 8 countries and have a particularly close relationship with our Nordic colleagues, with regular gatherings and social events.

Qualifications:

You are a student embarking on a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, Economics, or Psychology. As your job will largely involve supporting consultants in their work, we envision you as a strong project manager capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You possess excellent prioritization skills and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. The primary expertise we offer our clients is Search, and to succeed in this role, you should be an inquisitive individual who enjoys delving into information and figuring things out. You are genuinely interested in search and recruitment, viewing this as an opportunity to advance your career. You identify with qualities such as curiosity and goal orientation, while also being a reliable, humble, and a collaborative partner. We work with both Swedish and international clients, so effective communication in both Swedish and English is essential.
