Business Development Executive

Stockholm  Permanent  Competitive salary package Ref: 410787

About the Role:

Monster Energy is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our high-energy NEBU Commercial Business Unit and lead powerful trade and promotional execution across the Nordics. If you’re passionate about bringing bold campaigns to life and driving business at the Point of Sale — we want to hear from you. In this role you would be based in the Stockholm office and report to the Business Development Director Northern Europe BU & France.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the key link between Monster’s central teams, bottlers, and commercial partners. Your mission: to ensure best-in-class sales execution across a range of dynamic channels — from grocery and discount to petrol, wholesale, convenience, and on-premise. You'll help shape promotional campaigns, manage POS assets, and create tailored sales programs that boost visibility, engagement, and ultimately, volume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Promotion & POS Execution:
  • Design and deliver national and customer-specific promotional campaigns that include artwork, visuals, and full execution toolkits.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work with internal EMEA teams, local country teams, bottlers, and agencies to ensure campaign alignment, readiness, and flawless rollout.
  • End-to-End Project Management:
  • Coordinate every phase of campaign delivery—from briefing and creative development to logistics, launch, and post-analysis.
  • Drive B2B & B2C Activations:
  • Execute bottler and trade incentives, customer engagement programs, and consumer promotions aligned to sales goals and KPIs.
  • Campaign Logistics:
  • Manage artwork approvals, print deliveries, campaign mechanics (e.g. online contests), and even prize fulfillment (like MotoGP experiences).
  • Performance Reporting & Budget Management:
  • Monitor results, report on effectiveness, and ensure campaigns stay within budget and compliance frameworks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Sales Support, or Business Development (FMCG or Beverage industry preferred)
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively
  • A creative mindset paired with an eye for commercial success
  • Fluent in English and Nordic language skill
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for building brand impact at the shelf

Why Monster?

At Monster, we challenge convention, innovate at pace, and bring unforgettable experiences to life. You’ll join one of the fastest-growing and most recognisable beverage brands globally where energy meets ambition — and where you can make a real impact across the Nordics market.
