Principal and Export Account Manager

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Principal and Export Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing principal brand and Export partnerships, ensuring alignment with the Midsona’s strategy. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills to maximize the value and performance of principal brands and of our partners in export markets.
1. Communication and Coordination with Principal Brands
You are the primary point of contact with our Nordic principal brands. You are responsible for maintaining strong and transparent communication with the Principal to ensure that sales in the Nordic region are developed in accordance with set target.
This includes:
- Build and maintain relationships with the brand principals, and act as their representative in the Nordics, translating their strategic goals into local business plans. Report regularly to the principals on sales development, market shares and relevant trends in the Nordic countries.
- Commercially responsible for contract negotiations to meet both Midsona`s strategy and Principal brands expectations.
- Ensure that marketing efforts, campaigns, and launch strategies (PR agency, media, business case, launch package etc.) for each brand align with their overall business goals, and secure implementation of these strategies.
2. Export Responsibility for Consumer Health Products at Global Level
Drive and develop the global offline export sales of Midsona's Consumer Health products.
This means that you:
- Leads price negotiations, negotiates export agreements and secure that our distributors meet our targets.
- Develops and implements strategies to expand Midsona's export business outside the Nordic region, including take lead when a new business opportunity arises in new markets.
- Responsible together with the team for streamlining the export process, including customs, logistics, and tailoring products to fit each market's needs.
- Monitors global sales trends and analyzes international market trends to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
- Coordinates with the production and logistics departments to ensure efficient support to our distributors.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Contracts - recommendations, negotiations and implementation
- Sales and/or marketing training from university, IHM or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years FMCG experience
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Sales – knowledge and drive to maximize – competitive edge
- Analysis – sales, profitability, potential, ROI
- Competence and interest in Midsona's products
- Good IT skills is desirable
