ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THE ROLE:

The on! brand is already a strong contender in the market, and Helix is expanding its portfolio with new brands and offerings while driving international expansion.
We are now looking for an International Brand Manager to join the dynamic team in Stockholm and play a pivotal role in the further global expansion efforts.

As an International Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic brand development and strong global brand performance for existing and new launch initiatives within our ambitious growth agenda.
This role reports directly to the Marketing Director and is based at the office in central Stockholm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Brand Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute strategic brand plans for product portfolio across international markets, ensuring consistency with the overall brand identity.
  • Drive market expansion strategies, adapting to local consumer insights while preserving the global brand framework.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams to ensure the brand resonance across different regions.
2. New Product Development (NPD)
  • Lead the full product development process, from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with the brand’s strategic direction.
  • Develop packaging solutions that reinforce brand identity while meeting regulatory and market-specific requirements.
  • Manage product pricing strategy, considering market conditions, competitive landscape, and profitability targets.
3. Consumer Insights & Brand Positioning
  • Stay on top of consumer trends and preferences to continuously adapt and refine the brand strategy.
  • Utilize consumer insights to strengthen brand positioning and build long-term consumer relationships.
  • Monitor brand performance, collecting and analyzing feedback to guide future brand development.
4. Integrated Brand Marketing & Consumer Engagement
  • Develop and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns and brand activation, including digital, social media, retail promotions, and experiential marketing.
  • Develop brand assets and content that inspire and engage consumers, building emotional connections with brand portfolio.
  • Ensure marketing activities are aligned with the brand’s voice and visual identity across all channels and markets.
5. Commercial Strategy & Pricing
  • Lead brand P&L and pricing strategy, balancing growth objectives, profitability, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure a consistent go-to-market approach that maximizes sales potential.
  • Manage the brand portfolio, ensuring a relevant product mix for different international markets.
6. Regulatory & Market Compliance
  • Ensure marketing materials, product packaging, and communications adhere to regulatory requirements in international markets.
  • Work closely with legal and regulatory teams to stay ahead of market regulations and adapt strategies accordingly.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Legal to align on business objectives and ensure smooth execution.
  • Act as the central brand ambassador for Helix Sweden, providing strategic guidance to international markets.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
8. Budget & Performance Management
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business goals.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand initiatives and optimize activities for continuous improvement.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • 5+ years of marketing and/or brand management experience from the consumer products/FMCG sector.
  • Strategic and Commercially Minded: Combines long-term brand vision with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Consumer-Centric: Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and the ability to translate insights into meaningful actions.
  • Proven Expertise in Brand Building: Experience in classical brand management, NPD, pricing strategy, and international market expansion.
  • Collaborative and Proactive: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and builds strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Regulated market experience in an international environment is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a requirement, Swedish language skills would be beneficial
